Wonderful Service on the first day! GO SEE JASON! He finally got his own store!nnI've been going to the Firestone in Cromwell for years. They have always been fair and honest, and I recommend them to anyone in the area. Jason, one of the service managers, was a standout to an already great staff. Frankly he always gave my family outstanding service, made us aware of money saving coupons, remembered our names, and always offered a hearty welcome when we came in. The one time there was a mishap, which will always happen, a stripped oil drain plug, he totally took care of it, and was kind enough to extend us a complimentary oil change for our troubles. We all know things happen, it's how you address them that counts, and that experience is what drew me to Jason's outstanding service style. It EARNED my business for life.nnWhen I heard Jason was getting his own store, I promised I'd bring my business to him and I did. The first day the shop was open, I came by for an oil change. Even amidst the first day excitement, my service was completed in a timely manner, for a fair price. It's worth it to me to drive a few extra miles to get the kind of service Jason and his Firestone team offers all their customers. It's worth it for you too!nnOh and Jason's beard is EPIC!nnCongratulations on the new store, looking forward to my next service!

I have used Firestone for most of my car maintenance. I always dealt with Jason. He moved to the new location on Washington street so I had to go find him. The new store is amazing! As usual Jason took good care of all my needs. He goes above and beyond to ensure I fully understand what the needs of my vehicle are. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help! Please go check Jason out for all your car needs! Jason is the man!!!

Went in for an alignment and tire balance. The mechanic broke off my wheel lug stud and charged me $250 to fix it. On top of the 150 for the alignment and balancing. Was there for an hour and a half and was charged for over 3 hours of labor. And he made another tech cash me out instead of coming out himself... wanted to give the new place a shot but not a good experience.

All the employees were so nice. Not only did they do my needed repair but when I forgot to mention a concern of mine, they brought the car back in the bay to look. Thanks again.

Absolutely amazing service, building looks fantastic, plenty of room in the qsiting area to sit down and relax safely while maintaining 6 feet. Will be coming back here for all my car needs
