Good food and service for a reasonable price.
This restaurant has the soul of southern food as it should be and it comes with a great price and maybe the best soul food of the town.
Location now next to Piggley Wiggley grocery on 41. Tried fried chicken, catfish, shrimp stir fry, sweet potatoes, mac & cheese, cabbage, rolls and cornbread for lunch. All of it was excellent and service was great. We arrived at 11:20 and by the time we left the place was nearly full, a testament it was't just us who enjoyed it...If you want homecooked food at a reasonable price, eat here.
