Nissan spent about 3 hours to do a diagnostic on my car to only tell me HALF the problem. then waited until they charged me $400 on the 3rd day to tell me the other MAJOR problem with the car. was told they could fix it for another $100. instead of telling me everything on day 1 and then changing me one price. also they’re prices are ridiculously high...$100/hr for labor...like really. 75% of what i paid them was for them to only fix half the problem then tell me the car still shouldn’t be driven

Service is not customer friendly. Very uninformed and unhelpful. There is no preparation for receiving a customer, even with an appointment. Also, advisors should have vehicle info on computer if bought there. No attempt was made to look. I was told to go to three different people to get warranty info.n(1 service, 2 sales, and 3 financing.)nLoaner car was out of gas. Overall unconcern by service dept.nChristine Brown
