The cashier failed to ring up one of the drinks we ordered and said told us we had to get out of line and go back around the drive thru and reorder. Asked for a manager and the manager reluctantly added the drink to the order and slammed the lid onto the cup. All this because they made a mistake and missed the 1 drink. Is this really how McDonald's wants to be represented. Please do better your competition is in walking distance. We have always chosen your company , if this is the service policy we will have no choice but to move on to the next company that offers customer service without feeling threatened.

The lady taking the order had me repeat it a few times. Then when I got my bag, the food looked correct but apparently the person on wrap put my grill slips on the already made sandwiches instead of making the correct ones. Not pleased.

Undercooked fries, overcooked meat. Asked for tea half cut and was all sweet tea. I understand it was busy in drive through and inside but quality should not be compromised. The staff were friendly but frazzled.

In the past 2 weeks that I've been in this town to work I try to stop here every morning for some breakfast.. in the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to get anything cause either the card reader is down or the system is down.. ud83dude10ud83dude10 like a day or 2 I can see that but everyday? Starting to think they just don't wanna work.

They are the worst at getting your order correct or getting no everything in the bag. The service is the worst. I ordered on the app and it took 45 minutes of waiting. Then, the food was cold. Once I had chicken tenders that were moldy. This has got to be the worst place to go to. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
