Kay the mgr. has to be the sweetest & nicest person person I have met in the short 3 months we have lived in New Market Al! We moved from Washington state in September 2020... smack dab in the middle of a pandemic...and she was so wonderful to work with and a breath of fresh air! She rocks!! The office was immaculate as was the storage unit! Great storage facility!!!!
The lady working was awesome! She stayed a few minutes over to help us out and we appreciated that! She was very friendly and welcoming!
Very sweet lady, Kay, gave excellent customer service and never made me feel like I was being lied to or misled in any way. She seemed genuinely interested in helping her customer. Also, the facility seems really nice too.
Never had any issues and the staff is always willing to help
