Life Storage

I have rented at this location for almost 4 years. It was important to me to store with a reputable brand that ensures the safety of my belongings. I have been more than satisfied with my experience working with Life Storage, in particular Dave. He made sure all my questions were answered and left me feeling like my things were in good hands. The price is fair and affordable for the temperature controlled unit. Not once did I ever have any problems. Highly recommend!!!

A few years ago, I went through a rough divorce. He went to a different state but did not take any of his things. I moved and didn’t want to take his things with me to my new home. That’s where Life Storage came in. I needed something fast and something that would fit with my small budget.nnThe locker I was given was a perfect fit and climate controlled. It was clean, with easy and protected access. I always felt protected and secure when I had to go there. It was well lit and all units are behind a security gate.nnThey are thoughtful of their customers. Each month, there was a email from them with billing information. If there was ever an issue, they would call. The calls were always professional, polite and friendly.nnAfter several years, the X decided to get his things. He didn’t call me to let me know that he was coming. I had already sent him a key and the information on how to get in. Unfortunately, he lost the key two times. So when he went to get his stuff, he couldn’t get into the unit. The manager called to notify me and get permission to cut the lock. I let him know that I was uncomfortable seeing my x, so he managed my permission via email. And handled our situation professionally.nnThe X left the things he didn’t want and left town. This left a few items, big and bulky ones, for me to get rid of. The manager offered to hire movers for me, but I chose to do it myself. He even offered to loan me a lock until I could get it moved. Thankfully, I got it all in the one day off I had.nnThe Life Storage crew were friendly, professional, kind and understanding. I never once worried about the security of the things stored there. I will definitely be going back if I ever need storage again.! Thanks Life Storage for getting it right!

This specific location was wonderful! The staff was so so friendly! Always helped me when I needed it and was very professional on the phone. We would rent with this location again if we are in the need! Highly recommend the South Huntsville branch!

I have not made it down to my unit and customer service has been outstanding! i am glad i decided to go with Life Storage! I Started by calling and they were super helpful, then i rented using the online Rent Now option and it was very simple to follow! Recommend Life Storage 11/10! 345 Location

Staff here is awesome! They are always willing to help and go above and beyond in my opinion. If your payment is coming up due, they don't mind giving you a FRIENDLY reminder call. I like that there is 24 hour access to my storage unit. Cameras are recording 24/7, which eases my mind about the safety of my items. This place always looks clean and well-kept.nI definitely recommend checking them out!
