I am currently a 7th grader here at ASFL. This is my first year here and I hate it! I go home every day and ask my parents when I can transfer out. I would rather go to Mountain Gap or Randolph or Huntsville Junior High School. The teachers are horrible. So many of the teachers see students getting bullied or beat up, and do nothing! I am never going to go to this school again. As Lily Winters said, this school is extremely low funded and the lunch is terrible. I always thought it was impossible to rather starve yourself than eat lunch, but this school proved me wrong.
2 + 2 = rude
this school is great and all but there are a few problems. The school needs funding for several things. The school lunch should be a little better, all i hear are i didn't eat lunch today cause it was gross or to salty. the teachers are great they are always willing to help a child and are kind when there are home problems. Ms. Traylor is the best teacher i could ask for definitely stay until 8th grade!!
Love it! My child started there in Kindergarten and is now an 8th grader. Nothing but success...I have worked with the teachers in each grade and has not had any problems. Any concerns that I had were addressed quickly!
