The food is good. But they don't have a way to queue phone calls so you sit calling for an hour hanging up and re-dialing. The food is good, but not 'call 357 times over the course of an hour and never get through' good. Please, please, please put a phone queue in place to better serve your customers. You have people wanting to buy your food with no way to do so that is just plain frustrating.

I have never had any issues at this location. Food was always fresh and customer service was exceptional. I spoke with Amanda today to try and figure out which store delivers to my current location, and she went above and beyond to figure out this information and insisted on giving me the appropriate phone number. Excellent experience.

We love Steak-Out, but who doesn't? I'd like to recognize Michelle at the Slaughter Rd. location. She's a long time Steak-Out team member that is amazing!! When I call in to place my order, she knows exactly what my family and I are going to order. Her along with the rest of the team, make sure our order is perfect every time!!

Great food, fast friendly delivery... but they REALLY need to make it possible to get through on the phone. They've missed multiple opportunities to feed my family because I couldn't get through in 15 or 20 phone calls. Online ordering? This is the 21st century.

Usually very very good, but kinda disappointed tonight and talked with an employee about it. Took way longer than it ever has. Said was near end of night but we ordered way before closing ,was quoted 15-20 minutes waited over an hour after paying .... Steak was very dry I had to remind the girls we were outside wait. They seemed to forget we could see them from the car but scrambled to get our order , I feel like we were forgotten and rushed to put order together. We watched one employee leave with three large bags of food for himself not a delivery but we were told ours was late cause of backup on the grill ???
