The workers are friendly and energetic. I've only had good experiences here with the service and food. I never would have thought there were so many ways to make chicken salad! The ones I've had are packed with flavor and I love the little cookie they give you with every meal. They are located in a convenient place on Hwy 72 and have a drive through behind the building which is perfect for a quick lunch.
It was a nice and different concept! Would recommend it to a friend.
I really enjoyed my food. Excellent customer service, friendly employees. The best chicken salad in town! Fast service! I hope you open additional locations in Huntsville.
Never a bad experience! Staff are always great and the foods are mouth-watering delicious. The restaurant is always clean, as are the restrooms! We love eating at Chicken Salad Chic and do so on a regular basis.
Today's a holiday and they seem to often recognize holidays. Tbe food is good though. BUT, I've had almost 200 points just disappear from the customer merit/incentive app.
