We had the oysters as an appetizer followed by the roasted whole fish with beech mushrooms and french fries. For drinks we had sparkling water, cocktails, and hot tea. The desert was a white chocolate, strawberry cake masterpiece. Best service and food we have had anywhere in Huntsville. We will now make fewer trips to Nashville each month to enjoy a good restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service is impeccable, the flavors were amazing, and the attention to detail on my old fashioned was totally on point. The ONLY reason for withholding a star is because I can't give a half star deduction for the seating configuration.nnOur table was awkwardly placed and we just felt like we were in the way. Huntsville's other higher end dining have a more intimate seating arrangement.nnWith the MINOR issue of the seating, my dinner was great and well worth the higher price point.

Everything we had here was delicious including the drink. The staff were nice, especially the receptionists were very pleasant. They were fully booked on Saturday night (and we had seats at the bar), so it’s better to make a reservation.

We visited Purveyor for our anniversary and the whole experience was great. Our waiter was friendly and amusing. He went over the specials in great detail and brought out a couple of different wines until we found one that we like enough to pair with our meal. The bone marrow was amazing, if it is on the menu you have to try it. I could have kept eating that all night. The scallops were delicious but my husband definitely needed more to eat afterwards. I had the bass. It was divine. I’m not a huge fish person but the flavor was delicate and everything paired well together. The menu is constantly changing based on what is in season so I look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely fantastic as always. The service was incredible and only surpassed by the exceptional food and drinks. It was the perfect seeing for date night with my lovely wife. Highly recommend.
