Quiet neighborhood, nice park for smaller children, small enough to keep an eye on all of them, rides are fun.

We always love Hastings. Such a sweet, simple spot to bring my three young kids. There is a playground for bigger kids and a separate one for littles. A couple riding animals, swings, and toddler swings complete the play equipment. There is plenty of green space for playing tag, tossing a ball, or spreading out a picnic blanket. There is also a picnic table and a bench. There's no shade over the play equipment, but the bench and much of the green space is shaded also. There is very little traffic on the streets around the park. And best of all, we almost always see (and hear) at least one red-tailed hawk!

VERY peaceful, relaxing neighborhood. It was really quiet and VERY beautiful! The only downside is there's no parking lot or structure, so you have to park on the side of the road. After a long days work of painting a house on that road, it was nice to sit down and watch the sunset ud83dudc9cud83dudc99

This is a great little park. We love bringing our daughter to play here and she loves it as well. There are standard swings as well as infant swings, a few benches, and two play structures. The smaller one is great for smaller kids. The whole park has a small wooden fence around it. There is even a large grassy area that’s great for playing ball.
