If I could give negative stars I would- I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO REPORT SOMEONE TO THE STATE BAR- BUT I DO AND WILL- first- she knowingly attempted to intimidate me into with drawing a fair housing complaint- she knew I had filed my federal complaint and told me she would take the monetary damages away if I dropped my complaint- if the damages were actual- then why would you be willing to withdrawal? - that’s not only highly unprofessional- but is defined as intimidating a person whom has complained to a federal agency- She made a very big loud presentation making sure I heard that she was coming after us- and her conduct is gross- she is an ugly person with poor ethics-

Didnt keep in contact with me about the process, made me pay over 600$ up front and didnt follow through on anything. Now not responding to my emails at all. So much time went by with no contact that I doubt theyll ever file. Find someone else to help you.

Sarah and her office are always willing to go above and beyond to help with issues. They are always polite, professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend her to any property manager or landlord in need of representation.

A great resource for any landlord. Nice to have someone so knowledgeable and experienced on your side. She’s efficient, to the point, and affordable. She’s heard it all - no reinventing the wheel with her. I leave her office grateful, knowing I’m in good and capable hands.
