This is one of the best gyms I have ever been a part of. Ironically, I am leaving this review the same day I am cancelling my membership. CFI runs a challenging program with extremely knowledgeable staff/instructors. Their month to month flexibility makes it easier for folks like myself to jump ship with work, growing family, and school on the side. I have all the intention of rejoining once one of those three items provides a little breathing room. That exact verbiage was communicated to their staff upon cancellation and was professionally received.nnThe CFI family will help you accomplish whatever your goals are no matter how unique the journey!

I'm a senior citizen that have never exercised before in my life. I decided to give Golden Ape Cross fit HSV a try a couple of months ago, and wow, I can't believe the difference in my body. It has been such a positive experience for me. The people are super nice and the coaches are there to help me modify the exercises to fit my level of fitness.

I love this gym. The classes are a manageable size. All the coaches are awesome and really tune in to each client. What I love most is the options in workouts for everyone whether your passion is running/endurance or lifting . If you’re into obstacle course racing they have the equipment for that too!!!

Welcoming atmosphere to everyone no matter your background or fitness level. Fun and knowledgeable coaches. The culture of the gym is empowering, each athlete is supportive of each other. You receive well rounded tools and support to improve your fitness, barbell technique, mobility with functional yoga and nutritional goals. Whether you drop-in or join as a member, you're part of the ApeFam!

Golden Ape is the most encouraging, diverse, and inclusive place to get in the best shape of your life! The coaches are awesome and athletes all want you to do your best and support your fitness goals. I highly recommend coming to visit Golden Ape and see for yourself. It is a transformational place!
