Beautiful scenery. There are several new trails here that are not on AllTrails yet.nnCurrently, there are small temporary plastic flags marking the trails - we saw that several of these had fallen off the trees and were littering the forest. I hope soon that they either switch to painted trail blazes or more permanently attached plastic signs to prevent this issue.
Great trails, you can choose to stick to the easy flatter trails or venture down into the valley. There are multiple streams with picturesque waterfalls so don't forget your camera!!! We did a quick hike for our first time, but we plan on returning soon to try some of the more difficult trails. It's getting warm out so don't forget to hydrate and watch for snakes!!!

It was a nice trail but not friendly if you have any physical limitations or small children. Absolutely beautiful landscape
First time doing this hike and it was very enjoyable! The Alum Hollow Trail is fairly easy and very well marked, as well as shaded by trees. Pretty steep near the end down to the waterfall and unfortunately no water today, but still pretty!
