I've always loved Krispy Kreme. I've never had any problems. Except for the last two times we have ordered original glazed cream filled but we do not get any cream. The first time this happened I gave them another chance. But this is the second time we have ordered original glazed cream filled with no cream. I don't know if the cream is not getting in the donut since they've changed it or not. I've always wondered why they changed the big fat donut with cream 2 the original looking donut. To me it was kind of like if it's not broke don't fix it. This is the only problem we have ever had. We just really wanted cream-filled and twice have not gotten it. I think since the donut looks like a regular donut the cream is not getting inside it.

Great Donuts! I received excellent customer service, from the young man who accepted my payment at the register on yesterday afternoon. He is a wonderful model for other associates to follow his lead.ud83dude01

My car started over heating one day and this was the easiest and fastest place to get to and get the car turned off. It was extremely hot outside that day and I had 3 kids with me. Two toddlers and a 10 yr old. All 3 hot and complaining. The employees helped me with getting some water for my car and went above and beyond by allowing us to come inside and sit where it was cool while we waited on the car to cool down enough for me to add the water to it. While we waited they gave us all drinks and the kids a donut and would not accept any payment for it. I still can’t believe just how thoughtful these people were and how understand they was as well. I will never forget it. They won me over for sure.
