They have good service and we always enjoy going there. We do usually order curbside service during the weekend here and normally very satisfied. We ordered an extra side and didn’t get that. We also got country fried steak that the crust was actually burnt in spots and they just put gravy on it to cover it up. The gravy was abnormal thick as well. Both of fried meats were very dry and extremely over cooked. It was hard to even eat. The sides we did get were extremely well cooked and very delicious. I think it would be helpful spending a little more time on the curbside pick up food as we would get inside. I guarantee we would have not gotten the over cooked and slightly burnt crust in person. Due to their great customer service and normally excellent food then we try them again. Just might be awhile!

Update from 1 year ago, today's visit wasn't bad the staff is always friendly and helpful but since covid has hit something has most definitely changed. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with 2 eggs over easy and a double portion of green beans it seems that when you order the chicken fried anything anymore it won't be fresh or hot. This is the first time from this restaurant and the chicken was room temperature and wasn't fresh but the green beans were hot and fresh which made no sense. The last time I ordered from a different restaurant in Birmingham and it was the same way with the chicken fried Turkey. This has to be a corporate issue I guess instead of store maybe. I don't know but it's sad that this is happening I guess it's time to stop ordering fried anything from cracker barrel.nnThe staff is always friendly and helpful. The food has always been fresh, not always extremely fast but fresh. And the prices are great with nice portions.

Great food and service, and I'm in a wheelchair so REALLY notice and appreciate all the loving kindness from every one in the store. Such a happy place and everyone so good at their jobs, helpful, great sales people. I left a very happy customer as doors were opened for me by the friendliest customer service I've had in years. I found new clothes for me, my grand children and many other great gifts. Good sales too. Thankyou for making my day, I will be back!

Our waiter was Sharon and she was sooo sweet and AMAZING! She made sure we had everything we needed and anything extra. The country ham was bomb also.. and I mean better than the bacon.

I ordered 2 meals to go through their app. Picked up the food at the stated time. Drove home in 10 minutes. The food was cold. Not even warm. Ordered meat loaf and roast beef. Both with mashed potatoes and gravy. Meat was cold, potatoes were cold. Almost no gravey on the potatoes. Veggies were like warm. Biscuit and cornbread was cold. Very disappointed. Called manager. Said he would give me free food next time I come in. I said I order online and don't come in and he said I would have to come in to get the free food. Did not offer to give me a refund for the food that I already paid for and was cold. Probably won't be back as the service is poor the managers response was poor and I'm not into buying cold food.
