Great sauce and selection. Can almost compete with Papa Gyros. Price is also reasonable. Only issue I have is the person taking my payment from the register is also touching my to go containers. There should be strictly one person handling money so there is no cross contamination.

Just got the takeout lamb feast and am less then impressed. The lamb is (over)cooked to a hockey puck consistency with little taste. For what I paid for it, I expected more. Luckily I had some leftovers at home so I'm not going hungry. Only saving grace was the rice and baklava. Have eaten in at the restaurant in Huntsville and had leftovers and wonderful service. I won't be going back to the Madison location.

I freaking love this place. I haven't had a bad dish yet, never any issues with customer service, always clean, great health scores and a great atmosphere. Their Taziki sauce is otta this world, you can literally put it on a piece of wood and I would eat it. They have a great family to-go menu that is reasonably priced with great options. You won't be disappointed if you try this place out.

I typically eat at Taziki's whether in Chattanooga or here in Madison. On 12/11/20 I was truly disappointed in the service while entertaining relatives at my home. As usual you folks were busy, so I had to wait for my pickup for 40 minutes. No problem. I went outside and when I came back in my so called pickup was gone. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be prepared again. On top of that, I wasn't made whole with a courtesy cup of water or offered anything extra or anything. At best I was totally disappointed. Please stop using the honor system upfront whereas customers simply pick up the order that supposingly belongs to them. It doesn't work for the honest customer. Disappointed and frustrated at best!!!!
