TRYING TO DO TO MANY THINGS AT ONCE.
By most measures, the dirtiest and least organized McDonald's I've been to in years.nn2 years later the management at this store has failed to imbue its staff with a customer-focused and polite approach to service. I've yet to feel like the staff is motivated to deliver a quality experience.
I was asked to pull forward thinking they had to cook something. Then 10 minutes later I get my food and my fries are cold and so was my sandwich. So why did I need to pull forward for cold food? ud83dude44
So fast when ordering ahead with an app. Quick service, clean, and always get my special orders right.
Often messes up order, cold fries, and improper use of face masks. Actually, the face mask is the big one for me here. I will not revisit this place until someone can confirm that the employees are trained on and are practicing proper wear of protective equipment. Employees, in the back, could be seen wearing protective equipment improperly or not at all. The person at the register just didn't care to even pretend at all. Let's consider one another, people.
