If you love bagels you will LOVE this place. We had 3 different bagels all were amazing. Definitely won't be wasting time or money on breakfast. Cashier could have been friendlier but the cook was super friendly and helpful.
These are hands down the best bagels I've had anywhere in the southeast. If you like bagels, you'll love this place. If you don't... why are you reading reviews about a bagel shop?nnI can't say how they stack up to real New York bagels, I've never had one. But they're certainly the best I've had.

Always delicious and great customer service. I wish they had a Bruegger's Bagels in Florence, Alabama. Because it's a long drive for me. But everytime I am in Madison it is definitely a go to place.
Slow don't order a mobile order from them. Even though you have paid for their services and they gladly take your money and promise it to be ready by a certain time when you order but they won't look at it until they have no in-person customers. Like most businesses in the area they're understaffed and overwhelmed.
