This used to be my favorite fast breakfast place...but the quality and the service has been steadily declining over the last 6-8 mos. From shrinking bagel size, to virtually no everything seasoning on the everything bagels, to using so little cream cheese the bagel was dry and hard to swallow, to longer and longer wait times...it just isn’t the same great quality that made this better than other bagel options. I don’t know if they made a recent manager change in that time who is just trying to cut as many corners as they can to reduce food &/or staff costs and the product is suffering or if the staff is just halfway doing stuff but after consistently disappointing orders over the last several months I think it may be time to give up on the idea they will go back to providing the experience I had been accustomed to and go elsewhere.

Never had this place before and decided I'd try it out the other day when I delivered some flowers to a girl that worked there. So, i tried the Herby Turkey, and woo that was delicious. Albeit a bit pricey because of the bottled water i got with it for 2.49 (i hate the prices of water, but i needed water), but still very good. The people working there were super nice.

We always enjoy their bagels. One of our favorite places. They also have some great cold bree coffee. They have plenty of parking.

I've always loved this Brugger's. I was never a bagel sandwich person before, but this Brugger's changed me. Its not that they have super cool ingredient combinations, but their bagels and ingredients are fresh and taste great! I tend to order the same 2 sandwiches. I'm glad they are always consistent

Excellent bagels -- the everything bagels are especially delicious. The service was also extremely pleasant.
