It’s a pretty popular place, so there’s usually a little bit of a line later in the morning on weekends. However, everyone who works there is friendly and efficient, and it usually doesn’t take long to receive your food/coffee once you’ve ordered. It’s a little smaller than the one in Franklin but has a cozy vibe and more outdoor seating, which is really nice. The coffee is always great, and the breakfast burrito and açaí bowl are delicious as well!

Very very good taste of coffee, Guatemala coffee beans, delicatessen, aroma. Top 5 of the best coffee in Huntsville. Very friendly, good service, great environment, well decorated, clean, park in the street, orders to go. Make sure you try the Bee's Knees, it's great! Will definitely be back. recommend

Great food and beverages, really well designed space, but consistent complaint is the price (on par with nyc/sf boutique coffee shops). You get what you pay for, it’s good and I’d go more often if it was more affordable. They have great outdoor and indoor seating options.

It's a cute little coffee spot and the staff is nice enough. Their coffee could use some work, though. Boyfriend and I stopped in while we were visiting from out of town and both agreed the coffee tasted very bitter and burnt. Just not our cup of Joe I guess. Honestly, a basic coffee shop like Starbucks is better.

I love the coffee, the allergy-friendly food, the location, and the atmosphere of this place. But my favorite thing about Honest, besides their commitment to community support during the pandemic, is that the staff never make me feel awkward when I ask for help running my card and adding a tip. This is a big deal because I am blind. Touch-screens and card-readers are difficult for me to manage, and a lot of people, when confronted with my inability to perform this simple task, become flustered. But the staff at Honest are always friendly, attentive, and casual about their assistance, making me feel like helping me isn't a sudden burden, but a regular part of their job description. It makes me feel very welcome, and right at home.
