Doug Martinson recently helped my husband and I complete our Wills. The process was extremely easy and he was available to answer all the questions we had and guide us every step of the way. It was so easy. His advice and excellent counsel kept us on task and allowed us to complete the process expediently and efficiently. Not to mention, Doug is a well respected and very likeable person with decades of experience. For estate planning, I would choose him each and every time.

My father had passed away without a will. He lived in Alabama, as I was residing in Pennsylvania. I had no experience in the probate process, so I called numerous attorneys to get the help I needed. Martinson & Beason did very well on my case and was very helpful, responsive, understanding, and cooperative the entire time throughout the case. They are good people who do everything they can to help out their clients and work with them for the best outcome. I was referred to speak with Morris Lilienthal about a legal matter. My experience was great from the very moment I contacted his office. His front office staff was very polite. Although, I was unable to speak with Morris when I initially called, he was responsive and returned my call promptly. When speaking with Morris, he listened intently, and provided me with great choices and offered me resources to use. The best part about our interaction, is that it was before a holiday, and Morris provided the resource for me during the next business day. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with his office. It was a stellar experience from start to finish!

Martinson & Beason were great! We have employed them before for our real estate requirements. This time we needed help with some estate planning They guided us through the process of establishing a trust, explaining its use and the pros and cons. Doug Martinson and his associate Stephanie Nunez were very responsive and helped us with updating our Wills as well. They are great folks with which to work and as a result, we highly recommend this firm.
