We are under new ownership & we have really cleaned up this park. Hard work has been in progress for the past 2 years. We are a very quiet family friendly mobile home park, great place to live.nWe now have brand new 2020 Mobile Homes here for Rent or For Salen( You must finance these homes ) .nWe are in the process of many more improvements this year. We will pave all roads & add city sewer etc. Come grow with us this year.

This park had made so many improvements and changes. The area looks so much better.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They currently are TRYING to buy the park next door where I used to live. We decided to sell our trailer and move to be closer to family and Marlene lied to multiple prospective buyers in an attempt to force us to leave the property so they could take our trailer for free. They haven’t even had the land appraised so she has zero legal right to say we cannot sell our own property. She said we weren’t allowed to sell it without their permission. They have never once had any legal claim to my trailer. I have owned it longer than they have owned they park they currently manage. They are lying snakes that rent out to people they hope can’t pay so they can cash in on improvements tenants make to decrepit homes. The trailers they rent to own should be condemned.nnRUN AWAY. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with the city and a small claims case for the lost revenue from the buyers she chased off.nnSide note she had her employees bush hog over my garden twice. On land they don’t own.

I was very disappointed. I wanted to do a rent to own and bring my money there or even a fixer upper but none of the places offered are liveable.
