Pretty good customer service but they mess up your orders alot.
Menu changed, but the last 3 times I've ordered the cinnamon twists they taste like moldy cleaning supplies. They were the only reason I go anymore, but not now.
Food is always fresh
Absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. had to re-enter the store four different times to get my one order correct. Each time being a different problem. This seems to be the normal Taco Bell experience across the country.
Food was excellent but the restaurant gets Zero stars. Pulled up and she was outside smoking talking on phone. Cashier inside was working register and making taco. Drive-thru was backed out onto street. Ordered food and had nice eating area outside. Manager went in and worked register for a few minutes then manager was back outside smoking and talking on the phone. Drive thru still backed up and customers walking out and not ordering on kiosk dye to long wait time. Time was between 1130am and 12:10pm.
