They have the best chicken fingers. My family loves their sandwiches and salads also.
I have been eating at this Zaxby's for years. The food has always been decent and orders are fairly accurate. However the customer service has greatly declined. The young lady taking orders could not answer any questions regarding the menu. The young man expediting food became very rude when I spoke up about the issues with the order. I started out in customer service in a restaurant as well, I am aware that it can be a stressful job and difficult to deal with confrontation, however employees have to be taught how to handle customers in the correct manner.
I ordered the Cobb Salad, today. The salad wasn't very fresh and then they packed 2 hot orders on top of the stale salad, that was passed out at the drive-thru window....very disappointed.
Good food..good service..only needs more smiles on the faces of the people working there(girls)
I never get fresh chicken here but the white cheddar bites and the fried mushrooms are really good
