Rude and not worried about every day working kind of people at all. The employees are more worried about rushing people out of their doors instead of listening to what the issue is. Will never use this site again. I would encourage anyone to make a little bit further drive to a different redstone location.

Drive thru wait time is ridiculous. 30 minutes or longer. Need to have one lane open for Atm only, withdrawals only and bank payments to speed the process up.

PLEASE dust the spiderwebs off of EVERY DRIVE-THRU station. Truly--dusters are less than $10 and last a long time. It would take one of your staff less than 15 minutes to extend this kindness to your customers. The institution itself is great!

Need to open one drive thru lane for ATM only during C19. The wait for a 30 second transaction behind a line of people using the Teller is interminable.
