Immensely unprofessional and unsafe here! They clearly do not care about the well being, safety, or health of their members. Much like the Lord, is it not the best to assume that he is there and act accordingly? If the other option is Hell, I see no other way than to believe. The same should be said for COVID. Is it not safer and easier to prepare for it than to deny it and kill one of our community members?
I have been going to hot yoga at Yoga4Him for a month and have taken 3 very different classes. I am addicted and look forward to my friday evenings in this studio. All of the classes were great but were very different. The Patience & Self-Control is challenging with a 90 minute class of flow. I loved it! The Love & Kindness is a great floor stretch and my flexibility has increased greatly. The Goodness class is in between the other two in difficulty. None of the classes had outrageously difficult poses, they were challenging without tying yourself in a knot. The instructor is great and the facility is beautiful and peaceful.
