I just started my journey to getting my body back!! I'm glad I found Katelyn to help me! She is very professional and knowledgeable! She is keeping me motivated and being encouraging!! I'm excited to see this through with Katelyn as my coach and cheerleader!!
Great trainer! Very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. She keeps her facility amd her equipment very clean.
Katelyn has worked with me over the last few months to define my goals and customize workouts that are challenging but realistic to help me meet those goals. She helps hold me accountable in positive, encouraging ways. Since I began working out with Katelyn, I’ve felt better, gotten more restful sleep and enjoyed leading an overall healthier life.
I have never been one to “work out” but I love my training sessions. I actually look forward to every session. The sessions are not easy but so worth it. I can see and feel my mind, attitude, and body changing for the better Katelyn definitely INSPIRES. I highly recommend her to everyone; she knows what she is doing. She is also very patient and makes me feel very comfortable to be around her.
