John is friendly & easy to deal with. The members are generally decent though the culture in gyms is different these days - few people unload their weight once they're finished or put plates back in any kind of order. This is common at just about every gym in the area so I don't hold it against any staff. I do 'cleanup' as a matter of habit no matter the condition a station is in when I get there, keeps me warm between sets. There is a competitor in town that has the same hours but I don't see myself switching at any point in the future. Sure, it would be nice if they had more space but this actually works in my case by forcing me to change my routine occasionally and give my body something it wasn't expecting. The crowd is a nice cross section of people & suits me.
This is my favorite place to train. The music is always upbeat and at the perfect level. Bathrooms are spotless, mirrors are clean (for), and it always smells nice. The manager is SO helpful, and always answers my questions. ud83dude0a
Good gym . they need to enforce the rules.about age limit in side but is allway clean nice t.v.s music is not to load like most places.
Was in town for a few weeks. This place gave me a great price for the short time. Awesome music and never too crowded. Small but has everything you need.
Great management ! Willing to help you with anything you need! I love the motivational music, and the temperature of the gym is great year around !
