Waited 20 minutes for my order. Tried to deliver the wrong food twice, figured there was no way it could be screwed up again, WRONG! My double quarter with bacon, was a single quarter, no bacon. Will strongly advise anyone I know from visiting that establishment. Drive the 5 minutes into prattville.

Absolutely garbage. The costumer service is terrible and they get nothing right and when they do it is a genuine surprise. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Most of the employees will not listen at all and are preoccupied with talking to other employees. If your food is wrong and you tell them they will most likely get it wrong again. They do not care at all and the manager does nothing to fix it as I assume there has been many complaints. If this place shut down I honestly think no one would care. Until this place gets better employees that atleast try and like they want to be there and get things right, this spot is a lost cause. Don’t waste your time here just take the short drive to the Pratville mcdonalds.

Absolutely poor service. We ordered ice cream and 2 apple pies. At the second window they told us to pull over. Employee brings us 2 fresh hot apple pies and walks off. We wait 10 more minutes for the ice cream. I finally said to my husband, take the receipt and go get the ice cream. While waiting one of the employees bumps into my husband, my husband says excuse me, the young male employee just looks at him and goes on. Then they tried to give him sundaes that obviously had been sitting for a while because they had melted. This was the first time we had visited this Macdonald's in a while because of the staff....looks like nothing has changed. But on a good note at least the ice cream machine was working!

After 1 in the afternoon and the drive through was packed. Very slow getting orders ready.
