Very friendly staff. They are quick to ask you if you need assistance. I had a return and they were very nice and helpful and returned the money back to my credit card.
Too expensive. Bad customer service. Never step foot in it again! Found a new great company a lot further away but still delivers our propane for almost half the price! Suburban in MD is awesome!! Suburban really saved us last winter!
Can't beat. Good service and they even loaded it
Bad customer service. The guy who delivered our temporary tank was very rude. They tried to charge us for a refill that never happened. They also would not give us a refund on the 60% of propane that was left in tank. Will never use them again.
