First off the staff is amazing here. They did not push or bother anyone and they were slammed busy by 9am. We purchased a used camper and service put in a brake controller in my truck, set everything up gave me a free hitch ball, propane tank, the works! These guys know how to do business, and I'm in commerical sales so I know how the cookie crumbles. Everything was great, even got a free starter kit! We will be going here for our accessories and we're from PA! Awesome staff that's what made the experience

To say this place has an amazing sales service is a complete understatement!!! My husband and I purchased a camper trailer a few weeks ago from Randy. Not only do they advertise the best prices around, they went above and beyond for us. We had an issue and my Jeep Grand Cherokee because of an after market part was installed incorrectly and we were unable to leave the lot with the trailer. Heartbroken and clearly upset, the owner, Randy and service team took action and physically took my car to the local Jeep dealership to fix the problem. We drove down from Pennsylvania so getting this done THAT day was huge for us!!! Long story short we left that day....HAPPY CAMPERS!!! Thank you Roy's for going above and beyond for my family. We love our travel trailer SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Roy's for anyone looking to purchase or get service work done. Top notch staff from sales to finance and service. Very well ran company that actually cares for their customers. Anyone looking for anything they can provide don't hesitate to count on them.

Bought a side x side from Roy’s. The people are friendly and service was good, but when it’s time to get a manufactured problem fixed they don’t seem to want to do it. Getting very very aggravated. Maybe a call to the Better Business bureau will get a move on!!!
