This review is specifically to acknowledge the fantastic customer service I received from Lindsay at the 124 St location in Kirkland. While I ultimately did not rent a unit with Public Storage (I was looking for climate control and this location doesn't have this feature) - Lyndsay went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. She checked in with other locations, made a reservation for me as a back up, and went over all the details I should know regarding renting a unit. Lyndsay is extremely professional, personable and helpful! Thank you for your great service!

Needed a unit short notice, found this Public Storage on the web. Reserved unit on line and received call back almost immediately. Site Mgr (Lindsay) was pleasant, professional & helpful and accommodated meeting that afternoon to see unit and check out property and get it rented! Location is good, paperwork was easy and unit fair priced.
