A couple weeks ago we were traveling with my family and one of the francis trucks was in front of us in the next lane over. A decent sized rock came flying off their truck (there was nothing covering the load) and came into our windshield. It destroyed our windshield! I took note of the company and called them to explain what had happened. The woman I talked to was very rude. She didn't even try to understand our empathize with me.. she told me after multiple times of calling that she would turn it over to insurance. I have yet to hear from their insurance company. I called again and the woman said "which one is this" as if this probably happens a lot. She, again was very rude and wouldn't give me the name of their insurance company.
I was extremely disappointed in the rudeness of one of your drivers on I-84 today!! Not only was he tailgating me to the point that I could not see his license plate, he was also honking at me for going the speed limit in a construction zone. After the construction zone, he was going 80-85 in a 65MpH zone, and swerved into multiple lanes, and flipped me off as he passed. He also cut off a couple other people!! If I would have had ISP's # in my phone, I would have called them!!! I didn't get his front plate, but the flatbed trailer had an Idaho plate #TF9152. You might want to remind your drivers not to be reckless A-hats because this guy almost caused 2 wrecks!!
While I was employed there I was treated fair. The pay is not bad and the trucks are even better.
