On the day of setting up my rental, Mike asked me to provide a review and this might be weird, but I like to wait to see how people treat you after the fact. It's been a month since I rented and Mike has continued to provide me with a friendly welcome, again, this is even after I didn't immediately provide the requested review. Mike is always out and about maintaining the property. The kindness and attentiveness you receive when walking into his office to setup your initial rental agreement, is the same kindness and attentiveness you can expect to receive throughout your stay at his location. 5-star, above and beyond! Mike was super helpful. I rented a lot here, then decided as I was packing it would be better to store everything in Idaho where I intend to move. Mike gave me every refund he could and was very understanding. They have great rates and great online promotions!
Prices have doubled+. Horrible web interface
This place cheated me Big time!Stole my stuff even though I paid Every month.Just because I was a few weeks late once..They didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me..They just let me keep on paying like nothing was wrong... Don't trust Mike.He's a sneaky liar...I wish I could give less than 1 star..The damn crooks don't even deserve that!!!
