Pretty good storage place. Been here almost a year and never late on my bill. I dont like the fact that my price keeps going up. Theres no reason for the price to go up if nothing has changed as far as my amenities or usage of the building. Not sure why i would have to pay more the next month but get the same thing i paid for the month before.... If it goes up again im moving.
Great customer service after dropping my keys down the elevator shaft ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f hand delivered my keys after they got the elevator guy out there to service and take a look. Very helpful
Phil helped me out at public storage today, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the units and the policies. Moving can be daunting, but Phil made the idea of moving a lot more digestible. His customer service skills were more than exceptional, and Public Storage is very lucky to have him as a service expert at their Bothell location. Very pleased with the experience, 10/10, would recommend to a friend
The customer service was fantastic! I pulled into the wrong building, and they helped push my cart to the other building, accompanied me all the way to my space. Super helpful!
I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a little (or a lot) of extra storage. Best rates around, great location and a very friendly and helpful staff (thank you Debbie for all the help with the move!)! A++++
