cant even pick up the phone on their own work hours

Im a client of theirs. My worker is supposed to meet with me once a week, I've been her client a year and seen her 3 times. The supervisors dont care, and they've ignored her neglecting to give me important documents for months

A great place to live. People areentertaining, fun.thats why I've been here for the past 30 yrs.I love it here.

Building is not in the best shape. The workers have always helped me to the best of their ability, and any problem I ran across was usually my own fault. Workers clearly have more work than they can handle, as most government workers do, but they have always done well helping me out .

WVDHHR has always been kind to me. From working with DHHR to resolve issues with employees' child support payments to working with them to resolve my own personal issues, I have found DHHR to be responsive and helpful. The organization is obviously limited by the constraints of Federal and WV law, but I have always found them to be committed to helping out as best they are able. I'm grateful for WVDHHR and the services it represents for the citizens and residents of West Virginia.
