They were kind. They didn't walk out of the sales floor thinking lowly of us because we looked to be young kids not knowing what we're doing. They spoke to us like adults making an adult decision. They made us feel like they wanted what was best for us. Our salesmen, mason, was beyond helpful in explaining what was offered, our payments, the warranties that come with the vehicles and what we would purchase along side. They were straight forward with the numbers. That's what we like. Their honesty about the situation we were in, to get us the best deal, and get us what we wanted was beyond what we expected.

I’m almost speechless at how horrible the service turned out to be there. They had my car for two months then fixed it, so I thought, 20 miles down the road the entire guard for the underneath of my vehicle fell off almost striking multiple vehicles and was assured it would be fixed right away, that never happened, I took my car to a separate garage to have it fixed and my car is broke down again due to the key immobilizer which wouldn’t have happened if they would have gotten me my key and I’ve had it for less than 2 weeks and it sat at a separate garage for a week so less then 500 miles and it’s broke down again, I purchased a new key from them for my Volkswagen and have been non stop calling multiple times a day for two weeks now and have yet to get a response or a call back. It’s to the point where I’m doing everything I can to reach out for someone to atleast tell me my key isn’t ready but I’m not even getting that. Went from great service to never returning to that garage again. I’m to the point of pursuing legal action just to simply get my key that has already been purchased and my car fixed like they promised they would. You really let me down here Weimer and I just want my key so I can support my family by going to work. I was even calm and respectful when I almost killed several people from this mishap of not making sure the guard was securely screwed in resulting in it flying off. Please someone please help me. Please.

If you need your Volkswagen worked on do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to Sendell in Greensburg Pennsylvania. Weimer Volkswagen service department is a total mess and very disorganized. I had a check engine light on on my car for months now and they can’t figure it out. They have had my car multiple times for atleast a week each time. After the most recent time the light has came back, but when I try to call them and schedule a time to bring my car in they never return my call. Also I asked to speak to the manager once they claimed the manger was not in and would call me back that day. It has been over a week and I have not received a call from the service department manager. I love Volkswagen but STEER CLEAR OF WEIMER VOLKSWAGEN!

Very nice staff. Place is always so clean and always have people in there cleaning the store making sure everything double clean becuz of the virus.
