I had an issue with my old Kia and broke down just inside the WV boarder. After a day of a tow to a garage then to Freedom Kia, I was met with the most exceptional service! Every person on this team had best in class service and was beyond accommodating! I recommend this dealer to everyone and anyone!

Terrible experience at this dealership. I was emailing in the evening about a specific car I wanted to see the next day. The appointment was confirmed for the next morning. When I arrived the next morning, the sales person told me the car had sold the evening before and he knew that it had sold the evening before but wanted to show me cars several thousand above my stated budget. I had taken time off work and driven an hour to see a specific car. If I had been informed the car had sold, I would have been able to make a proper decision about whether to keep the appointment or not (other dealerships did this exact thing and I really appreciated that they respected my time). Instead, I felt manipulated from the moment I walked in the door. I was told that “price doesn’t matter” when looking at a car. Sure, it doesn’t matter to the sales person but I’m the person paying for it and if I say it matters, it matters. I was also told that it didn’t matter what car he sold me, that he gets paid if he sells me a car. I assume he meant this to be comforting(?) but it had the opposite effect. Overall, I didn’t feel heard in my needs or wants, or respected in regards to my time. It was a very high pressure and uncomfortable situation that felt manipulative for the sake of making a sale. I bought a car elsewhere and will not be returning to dealership again.

Online scheduling is so convenient! The service department was ready to take my car right away. I chose to wait at the dealership for service. The waiting area is large, comfortable, and has snacks and drinks available. They offer a shuttle service, if you wish. We are happy with the service at Freedom Kia.
