Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown

I drove 3 hours to test drive a CPO C-Class in their inventory. Initial phone calls and email were great. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready for me to drive. I enjoyed the test drive very much and returned to the dealership ready to buy. Sat down with Steve the salesman to talk numbers and the price of the car was $2,000 more than what it was advertised for the days prior. Very disappointing that I drove 6 hours that day ready to buy to false advertising. The price was raised to $27,420 on their website the day of but on Cars.com it was still at the original $25,420 that I saw. I only gave 3 stars because Steve took the time to prep the car for me.

Just want to say thanks to Tom for a great experience first time with your service dept. I'm on my 8th MB, lived in the DC/Balt area using both EuroMotorcars, Annapolis, Hagerstown and never had such a seamless, professional and honest service experience as I had when I brought my GLK in for recalls and 90K service.
