Great place. They did a great job with our beef
They are polite enough. My steer came back with a few missing parts(liver, tongue, heart). I'd watch them closely and stay on top of anything that matter. If you want something left whole (brisket, tri-tip) tell them more than once.
They were very prompt in cutting the meat, friendly and clean. Will go back.nAlso recommend them to family and friends.
I picked up my meat and it was packaged exactly how i asked.
Took a heifer in for butchering. Wanted 12 days for hanging. They got behind and hung for 19 days. Meat was still very good. Price was ok. We would use again.
