Sarah and Jonathon took care of the preneed arrangements, paperwork and notices ahead of moms passing. One call started the train in motion transferring her home for the burial. Sarah worked through tough logistics and kept us informed every step of the way. This was a tough time and we knew through the daily communication things were on track. From the paperwork, the viewing and funeral everything was well executed and delivered. This team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. I can’t thank Pat Boyle Funeral Home enough for their services. During this difficult time with COVID-19, they did everything they could to both keep us safe and to honor my father in the best way possible. They provided so much help during a difficult time. They made sure we had a service/casket/pamphlets etc. tailored especially for my dad. They were so kind. I felt like they were strangers who became friends. I always felt welcome there, especially in moments when I did not want to leave. I would recommend their services over and over again.
We unfortunately had two close family members pass away in under two months. Neither went smoothly due to ex girlfriends and a divorce that wasn't finalized. The owners and staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help our family when we needed it the most. I usually don't share private information publicly, I just want everyone to know it is more than just a service to them. They understand these things can be messy and they were there for us every step of the way. Honestly, they still are 2 months later.. A huge thank you to every single person there. There are not enough stars to justify how we were helped and treated.
The entire staff is friendly, caring, and helpful. The facility is very nice, clean and protected from COVID. Once again, the entire staff goes above and beyond for families during a difficult situation. Thank you Pat Boyle’s Funeral home!
