Awesome facility, and even better guys to train with! Most MMA style gyms make you feel rushed and hard to understand, but this gym is not the case. They break everything down and take time to show you what’s going on. Check them out!
Ground Zero Weston is an awesome place to train. Jeb is a top notch instructor and great guy. Great environment and instruction. Everyone that comes through the doors are always welcomed with a friendly family like environment.
My son has been going to the youth classes in Weston for over a year now. It has helped build his confidence and after a year of dedication, he was able to earn a new belt. The instructors are so patient, knowledgeable and hold a high expectation for the kids' effort. My son will continue training at this gym with Jeb and Cody for as long as he has the privilege to do so.
Ground Zero Weston is an excellent place to begin or continue your jiu jitsu journey. I've been training at Ground Zero for the past 5 years and I'm always impressed with the motivating and encouraging environment the coaches maintain. New students are always welcomed with open arms by both the staff and students.
Excellent all around. Jeb is a great instructor who has helped me grow more knowledgeable in BJJ for the 10 years and he keeps surprising me with new and detailed instructions every time we train together
