I ABSOLUTELY love hertz it Bridgeport. I had used hertz once before and had a Terrible experience a couple years ago. But I had to use hertz for work and my experience couldn’t have been better. It was a seamless transaction, very quick! The manager, Anna, Made the stress of getting a car non existent! Even walked around the car with me to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle. 10 out of 10, I’ll be back!!!
Shoutout to Anna! I got a flat tire on I-79 and had to detour to this Hertz location. I was not able to switch out my vehicle due to a dearth of cars. However, Anna kindly helped to facilitate a prompt local repair and get me back on the road.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. AZIZ WILL BE NICE UNTIL HE FINDS OUT YOUR MARRIED. THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED. When I dropped off our rental AZIZ was in the parking lot didn’t even give me time to get out of the rental. He yanked the keys out of my hand accused me of smoking in it. He then proceeded to lock the doors and wouldn’t let me get the rest of my stuff so I had to come back the next day. If I could leave zero stars I would. I hope they all get fired!
I rented a car in Stuart Fl on April 8 returned it Saturday April 11 in Clarksburg and I’m still being charged for the car.
