Spacious accommodations and cool decorations! The only 2 things I would suggest for them is to have a softer bed and provide a conditioner for the shower. Other than that, great place to stay!
Beautiful location. Located within 30 minutes of most State parks and visitor destinations. The owners where extremely friendly. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay very much.
I was at Lafayette Flats for an extended stay as part of their creative residency program, and it could not have been more splendid. The space is beautifully furnished and decorated with loads of local and regional touches, from the art on the walls to the large selection of books available for guests to read. The flat I was in, Eddy, was spotlessly clean, well equipped, quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with both modern design touches and a quaint, homey feel.nnCentrally located in historic downtown Fayetteville, the flats are walkable to plenty of restaurants, boutiques, bars and shops, and only a few minutes away from the New River Gorge Bridge and the area's vast outdoor recreation activities. I would stay again without hesitation.
This place is the epitome of cool. Fabulously furnished & cozy. A study in art appreciation with a side of hygge. The owners Amy & Shawn have put their heart & soul into this retreat and it shows in every detail. Their sweat equity has paid off in the most appealing way. The Flats are convenient for any adventure or appetite you might crave. They have thought of your every need, so just relax and enjoy the stay.
Great rental. Very unique and nice ambiance/decor with well appointed spaces. Price was reasonable, as well. Fairly Central location if you're in town to raft or do other outdoor activities. On our trip, we were within 20 min, at most, from a rafting, mountain biking, zip lining and trail running locales. Lastly, close to a few good bars/restaurants.
