Absolutely the Best Buy here and pay here! They always go out of their way to work with you. I had some issues to come up 2 months since We bought the car. The service department was excellent and very friendly! The cost to fix the car and tow was very reasonable.

The only ones who are giving five stars is the husband and sister of, Hollie. Where do I begin? Not only does this business break HIPPA by leaving detailed messages of your personal account, but they also dictate where your money is designated to when making payments. It didn’t seem like I had a choice on whether I was paying towards my taxes or the payment of the vehicle. Sadly, just like everyone else, my vehicle had a lot of mechanical issues with a substantial amount of rust underneath the vehicle. It was a very disappointing experience.

I didn't have any problems buying my car and everyone was nice enough BUT on my way home with my new to me SUV, I started noticing some problems. The engine light turned on and it started having a hard time to start and the headlights stopped working on low beam. My brakes were squeaky and clicking when I stop. I called their mechanic shop and I went in and told them everything that I found after taking it to Auto zone to have the codes read. Auto zone told me my O2 sensor is going bad causing it not to start sometimes. The mechanic shop ran the codes, reset it, and changed my headlights. After 2 and a half hours they come back and the only thing they fixed was the lights. They said that everything else was fine. I go out to my car start it and the light comes back on. I go back in and he said the car had to relearn that there are other new parts in the car from previous work done before I bought it. I know I don't know much about cars but that don't sound right. The engine light is STILL on!!? It's still reading the same codes. They wouldn't fix it. So, I am taking it to the actual Chevy dealer and have them run it, print off the information and taking it back because I am still under warranty! Other than the few things that I mentioned, the car is good. I just want it fixed while it's under warranty!!

Awful service, extremely high prices, Gave money for taxes and tags in February. Tags dies during pandemic in April. They said they couldn’t process. Come to find out they could’ve and were running on dead tags and they refuse to do anything. Contacting better business bureau and also seeking legal advice.
