I think you all are great. I just hope that the brand new truck I bought is not a bad one it's already had to be in the shop three times you all have done great but I have not made my first payment and already having trouble. I hope if something is wrong you all hold to your end and make it right with me.

I was contacted via the Internet Department after looking online. We had previously purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and my Father was a lifelong customer of King Coal. Our previous experience was not the greatest; however, after talking to the Internet Representative, I reluctantly agreed to come in. We scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival I was shocked as my name was on the grease board, Welcoming me and my wife to the dealership. We were approached by a man with the internet sales department and he introduced us to Salesman Justin Canterbury. Justin was very professional, friendly and receptive to our wants as well as what we could afford. He immediately showed us a truck and began working with the finance department in obtaining us an agreeable decision. I do believe that Justin was shocked just as much as my wife and I were when we viewed the actual deal that the finance department was able to provide to us. My wife and I were astonished! It was late on Saturday afternoon, nearing quitting time and we finalized the deal. My wife noticed that the WV State Inspection sticker was not professionally applied and that it was about 7 months old. Justin agreed to have a new sticker put on the truck for us. The truck was taken to the Detail Department. Again, as I stated previously, it was nearing quitting time on a Saturday afternoon; when we drove the truck off the lot, the windows were not cleaned very well and there were pine needles in the truck bed as they had not properly cleaned and washed the truck.nI was not angry and was not attempting to be a problem customer. I called Justin to schedule the new sticker being put on the truck and I mentioned that the detail department had not done a thorough job of cleaning the truck. Justin scheduled with the Service Department to have the sticker updated and he also arranged for the Detail Department to clean the truck again for us.nAll in all, we are totally pleased with the service we received at King Coal and we absolutely love the new truck!nJustin Canterbury is a very exceptional asset to your Sales Department. I am always treated with respect, kindness and compassion when I bring my 2015 Chevy trax in to be serviced/repaired. As a woman I always worry I am going to be treated like I am uneducated. This is definitely not the case at King Coal chevrolet. They are so awesome and professional. I will always bring my vehicle to these folks because I am treated like I matter. I am not just another number or another dollar to them. I appreciate everyone of you at King Coal. Keep up the great work.

Car was priced $1899 for months online.. price increased to $1500 this month.. I tried to buy car for list price.. Nope they cant... tonmuch demand for cars now.. Attitude did not help.. terrible

The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Told the salesman (Justin) what we were interested in and a range for payments. He was quick to work with us and get us a deal that was perfect for our budget.
