So so sad, I always have problems with a certain very tall lady in the self check out. She never speaks, when a customer ask for help or assistance she is very quick to sigh loudly as if she has been asked to move a mountain...Rolling her eyes is quite normal for her as well. I love shopping at the store I love the great value however it always seems when I go to check out she is there in the midst and she will try until every other associate how to do their job but when it comes to her she lacks 100%

Lots of employees not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. I attempted to make a complaint to one of the front store managers and she wasn't even wearing it correctly! I saw an employee with no mask, bagging a senior couples groceries. Coughing all over their food. Utterly horrifying. I saw an older woman by the deli (customer), no mask, popping olives in her mouth from the self serve area. Digging her dirty hands in the food. It's only a matter of time before the health department comes in and slaps them with a hefty fine. I think I'll shop at Winco for the foreseeable future. They at least have proper management over there.

Love this place. It's more of a department store than a food store. But if you need it, chances are they have it!

About 1:3 employees not wearing mask. Not enforcing mask policy on customers. Unacceptable.nnYoung man on carts no mask. Young lady in frozen foods no mask. Self check out employee had no mask. Starbucks employee had mask pulled under nose. Employee on break in cafe area with mask off.

Normally the stores are stocked now ik its mayham out there but this complaint is only because I feel they can do better... whats the point in online ordering if we are not going to know anything till after the next day pickup.... I ordered almost $250 online but it wasn't until I picked it up that I seen just pantry food.no one mentioned it to me.... thinking I got everything then getting home to find nothing in its place why ask to substitute if your not going to even anything, I was very disappointed just won't trust it again I felt it was so misleading.nnUpdate: I've recently done shopping here and must say they've improved alot you won't be disappointed just don't order online is all I'll say to be safe but in person everything is clean and always stocked.
