The guy that checked me out was very nice.
I liked the store and selections. Was very clean. My only thing was, I've not ever been to a Hispanic foods store, and not many of the employees spoke Spanish. (I only seen 1 person that was working that spoke Spanish) Its funny because I'm naturally English spoken. 90% fluent in Spanish. So when I go, I only speak Spanish. When I went to the meat counter, the super kind young man didn't know what I was asking for. I told him in Spanish, and explained it in English, as he didn't understand Spanish. Was just kinda funny. Otherwise, great store.
My #1 reason for going here is for very light and crisp French Palmier pastry cookies.nOnly I have realized they have above average produce with prices that are often half or more of other stores!nExample - limes 20/$1.00 that were 4/99 or peaches @ .69lb and $1.79 lb at store 1/2 mile away. ????
