James with Warren and Justin were FAST and so incredibly kind and respectful as they would communicate with us before arriving and kept us up to date with their plans for the next day. So considerate as we made our daily schedule. They were careful of our outdoor furniture and landscaping. Our house is stunning now! And done with great efficiency, even with the unpredictable weather. We now have plans for interior painting at our home and business due to this great company and the people who are Certa Pro. We we so pleased with the service provided. Mark came out and worked with us and help us decide what we needed. He then wrote our estimate and sent the color specialist. She really help us choose our colors. Which turned out beautiful. Then they sent Michael out. He power washed our house, came backing the next day. He was such a protectionist in completing his part in the of the contract. Our house has a beautiful face lift making it look like a new home. I highly recommend this company. From the get go Mark was very quick to return my phone call for a consult. I had called two other places and have STILL not received a phone call back. Mark called me within a few minutes and actually moved my consult up a couple days, which I LOVED!! He gave me an estimate, we set up a time for the painters to come in, which was only a couple of days later. May I also add that the day they were to begin was the beginning of Lubbock's great and mighty ice age snow storm of 2021!! I was expecting a call that they would not be able to make it... but, they did make it!! They came in and John (supervisor) and his crew were great! They really took alot of time to ensure that things were taped off and protected correctly. John is great and wants to make sure you are getting what you want and wants to ensure you're happy with the results. They finished the job in two days. It was GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend them to you if you are wanting the job done right and efficiently!! I liked them so much that I will be calling them to do more rooms in my house! Thanks to everyone at CertaPro... You are a GREAT TEAM!!!

We hired CertaPro to paint our kitchen cabinets and they did a great job! We were happy with their initial responsiveness when we asked to get a quote and they were able to get started fairly quick after that.
